Superintelligentia

Shows where AI isn't the product. It's the contestant.

Founded in 2026 by Henry John Wynn.

The Latin was still available.

In September 2026 the United States government began calling artificial intelligence super intelligence, on the grounds that artificial made it sound fake. Every English version of the phrase had been registered years earlier. The Latin one had not.

So we took it. Superintelligentia is what a Roman would have written, had a Roman needed the word: super, above; intelligentia, the faculty of understanding. On the seal it is carved the Roman way, with a V where the U would go, because Rome had no U.

Whoever wins super intelligence, wins.A line we heard from the United Nations podium that week. We intend to enjoy the race.
super
above, over, beyond. Latin preposition. The same word in English.
intelligentia
understanding, discernment. From inter + legere: to choose between. Used by Cicero and Seneca.
svper
the inscriptional spelling. Classical Latin carved V for both U and V; the round U is medieval.

What we're building toward

1Btokens a day. The operating floor we build every show to run on.
$100Kprize for the last cook standing in Billions in a Dish.
2formats in development. A kitchen and a market.
1rule in all of them: the AI is on your side, and everyone gets the same one.

Henry John Wynn

Founder of SuperIntelligentia. A long-time advocate for artificial intelligence — long enough to remember when saying so out loud got you a strange look at dinner.

He builds formats where a person and a machine are on the same side of the table, and the only question is how far they can get together. He is the final judge on every show the company makes.

"A person with a future can make peace with the past. It doesn't work the other way round."

What he believes

  • The AI is the sous-chef, not the chef.

Give everyone the same model and the same budget. What's left is the person. That's the show.

  • Tokens are the new calories.

A serious operation burns a billion a day. Anyone who tells you that's wasteful hasn't tried it.

  • Keep score in cash.

Likes are opinions. Revenue is a fact. Every format we make ends with money changing hands in the real world.

  • Three things, all moving.

A direction. A body with energy in it. And a past you've made peace with. Direction comes first; the other two follow it.

Now casting, season one

Billions in a Dish

A billion tokens. One dish.

Every cook gets the same sous-chef. It happens to be an AI.

A cooking competition set in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan food. Contestants shop with AI, cook with AI, and then sell what they made on the street with AI. Ten episodes. One elimination each. English-language, made for a global audience.

Three judges. A Sichuan master chef scores the plate, blind. An embedded judge who shadows each cook from market to stove scores the spend. Henry tastes last and scores the profit. Best margin wins the episode.

$100,000 to the last cook standing.

How an episode works

  1. Buy

A wet market, a budget, and an AI that has never been to Chengdu. Every yuan is on the record.

  2. Cook

One Sichuan dish, from a prompt to a plate. The master chef tastes it without knowing who cooked it.

  3. Sell

Take it to the street and find buyers. Cost in, cash out. The margin is your score.

Who should apply

  • Cooks who want to find out what they can do with a second brain
  • People who already run their life through AI and want a harder problem
  • Anyone who can talk a stranger into buying lunch
  • Comfortable on camera, in English, in Chengdu for the length of the shoot

To apply, send your name, where you are, and a one-minute video of you cooking anything with any AI. That's the whole form.

In development

Journeyman

Zero capital. One agent. Whoever earns most stays.

An apprentice finishes. A journeyman goes out and earns.

Teams start with nothing: no money, one phone each, and one AI agent that runs their operation from a chat window. The task is simple and brutal. Make money, in the real world, offline. Every round the team that earned least goes home. There is no prize purse. The winner leaves with a contract.

Every team runs the same model. Later in the season the leaders unlock something the others don't have: more than one agent, working together. That is the only advantage the show ever hands out, and you have to earn it.

Format

TeamsThree, four to five people each, one Chinese speaker per team
Starting capitalNone
ToolsOne phone and one AI agent per person, identical model for all
What countsMoney earned offline, in person. Online income doesn't score.
EliminationOne team per round, decided in a boardroom, on camera
PrizeA contract, not a cheque

Journeyman is the old guild word for the craftsman who has finished the apprenticeship and now works for wages, wherever the work is. It seemed right.

Tokens are the new calories.

Every format we make runs on one input: tokens, the unit an AI thinks in. A conversation is a few thousand. A day of a person working hard with an agent beside them is a few million. A production with a dozen agents buying, cooking, selling and arguing about all of it is something else.

1,000,000,000tokens a day. The operating floor SuperIntelligentia builds toward.

We don't ration it. On set the token supply is unlimited and the model is fixed, so the only variable left on screen is the person. That's a deliberate choice, and it's the one thing that makes these shows honest.

If you supply models or compute and want to be the engine behind a season, we should talk.

Partners

SuperIntelligentia is founder-led and founder-funded. The first season of Billions in a Dish is open to a small number of partners who want their name on the first show where the AI competes.

Title partner

The season carries your name. One partner, one season.

Model partner

Your model is the sous-chef every contestant gets. On screen, every episode.

Distribution

Streaming, broadcast and regional rights for the English-language original.

Press

Boilerplate you can lift as is.

SuperIntelligentia is a production company founded in 2026 by Henry John Wynn that makes competition formats in which every contestant is paired with an AI. Its first show, Billions in a Dish, is a Sichuan cooking competition shot in Chengdu in which contestants buy, cook and sell with AI, judged on flavour, cost and profit, with $100,000 to the winner. Its second, Journeyman, is a business competition in which teams start with no capital and one AI agent, and are scored only on money earned offline. The company's name is the Latin for "superintelligence".
